Q: Name pronunciation + any back story?
A: [a·buh·gayl] There's a Jewish tradition to honor deceased relatives by using the first letter of their names. I like it because you can pick a name you love while honoring someone. I'm named after my great grandmother Ann, who I never met. It's a Hebrew name which means father's joy and I'm very close with my dad. Fortunately, my name is easy to say in Spanish which worked out well since I've spent lots of time in Latin America.
