On Pause
I made a promise to myself when I started writing online, 15 years ago.
“If it ever causes me more stress than it brings joy, then it’s time to stop.”
I’m not ready to fully walk away from With Hitha or #5SmartReads, but I do need a break from writing and creating content in order to prioritize my pharmaceutical career, my family, and my health.
I post this as a gentle reminder that your real life is off this platform, and is defined by the small moments that are magical in being mundane - the sound of birds chirping, the taste of your first sip of coffee/tea/water in the morning, the feel of a hug, the smell of rain.
Pay attention to these moments and those around you who make these moments happen. That’s what matters - not anything that happens here.
See you when I see you.
