Workouts
Monday - 30 minute low impact ride + stretch
Tuesday - warm up, 20 minute bodyweight strength, stretch
Wednesday - warm up + 30 minute Olivia Rodrigo run
Thursday - warm up, 20 minute bodyweight strength, stretch
Friday - hour long walk around Charleston
Saturday - rest day
Sunday - 20 minute pop ride

Meals
My daily breakfast is my AG1 + protein shaken with ice water, and a Chobani lemon yogurt. For lunch, I’m usually having leftovers or I order in a salad.
Monday - channa saag with rice
Tuesday - black bean + kimchi quesadillas
Wednesday - pizza (we ordered it in from Domino’s)
Thursday - dinner at Southbound with
Friday - dinner at Charleston Grill with the New Morning team
Saturday - Thai takeout (I got fried rice with tofu and vegetables, and refried on the stovetop with peanut sauce and hot sauce)
Sunday - Banza cavatappi with Field Roast sausage, vegetables, and Carbone arrabbiata (my secret add a large spoon of goat cheese + dill to the sauce)
