Workouts
I increased my medium weights to 12 lbs and kept my heavy weights at 17.5 lbs.
Monday - 20 minute Pilates + 20 minute ride (both pop punk), stretch
I picked these two workouts because they each had 2 Fall Out Boy songsTuesday - rest day (my readiness was low according to my Oura ring, so I took a break)
Wednesday - warm up, 20 minute strength, stretch
Thursday - 30 minute Power Zone endurance ride, stretch
Friday - warm up, 30 minute strength, stretch
Saturday - warm up, 20 minute run, stretch
Sunday - 15 minutes Pilates + 15 minute ride (both pop punk), stretch
