I have been raving about Breathe and Count Back from Ten, a YA coming-of-age novel about a Peruvian American teen with hip dysplasia written by a Peruvian American woman with hip dysplasia. I've also started watching Below Deck in all it's glory. Joy all around.
YES. I felt the same way but it's been the perfect summer show. Drama, bit lighter than the housewives, and because there's turnover in the cast/crew, when you get annoyed with someone, you don't have to hate-watch them for 8 more seasons. It's so fun!
