Love it. I wrote about that exact topic last week - Using Analog to Douse Digital Dopamine. I’m on a digital diet - no news channels, no socials makes a big difference for me rather than a full detox. #AgewithAttitude

That’s a great practice! I plan to only have social media apps Tuesday-Thursday on my phone, and no apps the rest of the week.

Do you include Substack or Medium as socials or is it just FB, IG, Twitter etc? Just curious

I don't include Substack & Medium because I view them more as my news reading habit instead of social, and I pull a lot of articles I share in #5SmartReads for them! I have pretty good boundaries around my news consumption - it's more Instagram and TikTok that I get lost in.
