looooove cook anyday!!! the recipes on their site are fantastic - I love their polenta and spinach artichoke dip 💛 also, I’m with you on saying no! It’s a tricky balance (for me, made more complicated post-pandemic as I try to rebuild a social life), but necessary because if I end up totally depleted, it doesn’t feel worth it
Solidarity in having done too much!!!! It's 10:30 and I'm still in my nightgown, thinking about how tired I am but also how worth it everything wa. I am soooooooo glad I got to squeeze you and I will say it again, your styling of that pullover: chef's kiss! xoxo
I was so happy to see you this week! I'm catching up on Substack reading while the kids are watching a movie, and am looking like a disaster and am so happy about it. The sloth weeks are just as important as the social butterfly ones!
I had showered, done my hair and was contemplating outfit choice for an afternoon football watching hang a friend invited me to. And I realized that none of that scene would spark a hell yes for me but that I was going out of obligation. So I put on my yoga clothes and hoofed it to a second yoga class that day and had zero regrets for listening to me! Thanks for reminding us of the hell yes mantra!
I love your CoPilot recommendations!
