I started keeping up my tree until sometime in January a few years ago and it’s been so good for my soul. December is always overwhelming for me (busy work month, so many social obligations), so Christmas always feels like it comes before I’m ready. Giving myself time to enjoy my Christmas things (decor, music, books, treats) after the 25th lets me savor them in a way I otherwise wouldn’t be able to. I’ve also purposefully switched a lot of true Christmas decor to “winter” decor, allowing me to keep it up with absolutely zero shame until early March.
I started adding more 'winter' decor last year and I wait until January to swap out the faux florals and tapers from the reds (from Halloween) to whites and greens. So glad to see others do the same!
I am LOVING the Sprinkles section!! Such a great reminder to delight in the littlest things. It’s a great time to be alive!!! ❄️❄️❄️
