Love this plan! Meals is always my biggest downfall - love seeing how you break it down to make it achievable. I get so overwhelmed. Also fully in my comfort reading phase!
I'm so glad you found the meal plans helpful! I repeat the same recipes often - my kids don't mind, and I just change up my hot sauce for the dishes to give it some variety
Love your plan! The second half of January was rough for me too. I decided Chinese New Year will be the start of my new years goals. So far I've fit in one run, one cycle, one swim, and one strength. Today is my rest day, then I'll start the pattern again tomorrow. Comfort reading and TV for sure, especially since my football team lost in the first round of the playoffs. Good luck to your Eagles, Hitha!
I needed this check in too. January went off the rails and this month is already starting out hectic and crazy. The hardest for me is always reminding myself that shorter things are ok! A 3 min meditation is better than nothing. Grace I think might be the word for this month.
"Imperfect consistency" is my goal this month. Even if my routine is 10 deep breaths, writing down 5 things I'm grateful for, and getting in a walk around the block - that's still a win. I share a few more 'low lift' tips to uplevel here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DFntxAXPUC2/
I’ve been wondering about the creatine gummies. I currently take 5 mg of Thorne creatine, but it’s not very travel friendly. Would love your opinion on the gummies. Thanks!
I've only been taking them for 2 weeks but I really like them and am far more consistent with it (I also used the Thorne creatine before, and agree it's not at all travel friendly). They do have a bit of a chalky consistency, but I got used to it fairly quickly.
