am i too late to sign up for the accountability lol? :)

i love the word ease for this month. i am trying so hard to do the same, it's hard when surrounded by all the things telling you to plan and set goals etc. need to remember this is a marathon not a sprint.

Nice concrete goals. I definitely struggle with an irregular schedule as I can be at work literally anytime of day or night. I’ve spent the last year and a half prioritizing being a mom with my free time but need to focus on my physical fitness. There’s just so much I enjoy doing that requires stamina and fitness and I don’t want to give those things up.

I spent last fall focused on imperfect consistency when it came to fitness (especially when my schedule went haywire). Baby steps! December’s plan has a minimal, workout-from-anywhere schedule for the second half of the month.
