Love the cozy reading time family idea. A joy trigger for me is a slow morning, drinking coffee and reading blog posts or a book. Even if it’s just for 30 minutes, it’s nice to ease into the morning.
a joy trigger for me is Sunday mornings when I'm sitting on our couch with a hot cup of coffee, and my almost 4 year old and 18month old snuggled into me. Saturday night is a bath night, so they are often in matching PJs and smell like fresh babies to me.
One question I have is how you have made Threads good for you? I am having a really hard time figuring out the algorithm.
It's taken some time, but I actively engage with any post about books (especially authors I love), cozy content (pet videos, scenes from The Great British Baking Show), or my favorite shows (my feed has a lot from The Pitt right now, and I'm not mad about it)
My joy triggers would probably be: Bath + book; eating soup, especially homemade; putting on my favorite robe, visiting a bookstore or library, and having lunch/dinner with one of the kids in my life (nieces/nephews/friends' kids)
Unwind with a glass of wine and a good book after a tough day. Cooking something easy and delicious. Creating pottery. Recently discovered I enjoy my plants and caring for them so my home looks like nature. A good candle with light and scent. In my hammock with a good book in the shade. Buying myself flowers.

which flameless candles do you use? I know Luminara is a good brand but also a bit $$$...any other suggestions?
